"Successfully saved the call home record data"


Our LoadMaster 2400 is displaying "Successfully saved the call home record data" on the home screen when logging into the appliance, and is sending emails stating the same every other day or so.  What does this message mean and how can we prevent it from happening?  Thanks!

Thank you for taking the time to report this.

We recently updated our licensing system. To add more visibility on the LoadMaster a log message was generated every time the unit successfully called home. Due to this message reporting as either a Critical or Error log, our team have disabled it for the moment and you should no longer see these messages. If you do continue to see them please don't hesitate to contact support and they will assist you further.
