redirect to different real servers based on url

0

We would like to know if we can setup the load balancer to see if a URL can be forwarded to real server based on user’s URL, such as users with URL to Example1 (https://test.abc.gov/business/AOP) can be directed to one real server and other URLs (https://test.abc.gov and https://test.abc.gov/*) goes to another real server ?

Thanks

Hey Bruce

This Can be done with KEMP Content Rules.

1. Create Content Rules

RuleName: MatchEx1
Rule Type: Content Matching
Match Type: Regular Expression
Header Field: <leave blank>
Match String: /business/AOP
Include Host in URL: UNTICK

RuleName: MatchEx2
Rule Type: Content Matching
Match Type: Regular Expression
Header Field: <leave blank>
Match String: /*
Include Host in URL: UNTICK

2.Under the VS - Advanced Options enable Content Switching

3. For each Real Server apply the appropriate Rule.(Using the Rule Button)

(Its usually a good idea to assign the default rule to at leat one real server to ensure no requests are lost)
