Enterprise Vault 12 Search redirection

0

Hello,

I am currently trying to configure Enterprise Vault for external access with Outlook Anywhere.

Unfortunately, as I just started with Kemp (my colleague recommended it), I am little bit lost.

I already imported and configured OWA (Exchange 2016) with the available template and some doc i found.

But adding a new SubVS and a rule is not enough. I always get 'The page can't be displayed'.

Anyone an idea?

Many many thanks.

Olivier

Morning Oliver,

I would recommend opening a support case so that our support engineers can take a mode in depth look at your configuration,

from the screenshots there is two things to confirm with you

1. the main VS is on port 443, the real server is on port 80
is the main VS using SSL offloading?
for the other sub virtual services such as OWA, is that also on port 80?

2. it looks like there is a content rule on the real server level,
normally you would have a content rule on the sub VS level to match the url (e.g. "/owa" "/ecp")

Hello Tony,

I use a free version, so I think I have no right to support :-(

But, in the mean time, I disabled the content switching and added he certificate to EV.

Changed from 80 to 443 for the internal connection and now it's working.

But, after 5 minutes of usage, I get request time-out on the VIP..

Idea?

Thx

And another thing... is it possible to pass the domain\user and pass when switching from ../owa to ../enterprisevault?
