Hello, I have a problem with connecting to the web interface, my account does not work, although the user works on the bal server itself, could you help me connect to my web part . I try reset bal password and it dont work

Hello Lilyu,
Are you still having issues logging into your web interface? After resetting the bal account, there is a 10 minute cooldown that you still need to wait before being able to login with your new credentials again.
