Conversion from WNLB to HLB, exchange 2010 sp3 CAS array

I am really new to HLB and have been testing HLB in front of Exchange in my lab. I am planning on moving my production CAS array to HLB soon. my question is simple ( I think)
is it possible to just "point" old WNLB ip/dns info to loadmaster? certificates/UCC will be on real servers, and I will be using HLB just for load balancing/failover.

You can reuse the same ip's that WNLB used but make sure that NLB is decommissioned and that all the arp tables are flushed after the fact.
