Exchange 2010 - Clients lose connection when flipping active/passive MB nodes

We have an Exchange 2010 environment with two MB servers and two CAS servers. Our Kemp VLM-1000 ESP sits in front of our two CAS servers which then point to our DAG which has two MB servers. Whenever we reboot one of our MB servers, some clients lose connectivity in Outlook. Is this likely a setting issue on our load balancer?

The loadmaster forwards connections to the CAS servers only and it the the CAS would be responsible for the forwarding of these request to the mailbox server.
