failed SSL negotiation

Implemented array of NLB kemp 2200. Most people work well.
But some users connected via VPN tunnels have problem with SSL negotiation
At the network level VIP for Exchange Virtual Services is available.
OWA not working, Outlook not working

what can i do to fix it?

Does it only happen for the VPN users, does it work for all others? I would look at the ciphers being used by the VPN tunnel users if the SSL negotiation is failing.
