Application SMTP Relay Not working

The Kemp LB is working great for our normal exchange routing but we are trying to setup our printers that "scan to email" with the same VIP and the printers time out trying to send the email. We can point the printer to a real server and works like normal. I have the rule set with "round robin", "force L7", and "Source IP". I have found some post with somewhat similar issues but not exactly the same. I wondered if I needed to create a completely separate vip for this...

Did anyone find a resolution to this issue? Seeing the same problem in our infrastructure.
