Cannot license Cloud Appliance


Attempting to license Free version of KEMP Cloud Load Balancer on Azure. After entering username and password keep getting the following message:

Licensing Failed: Cannot connect to KEMP Licensing service. Please check the network configuration.

All other VMs on same network can access internet. The only difference is that we are giving this Appliance an Azure Reserved IP.

I am also experiencing the same problem. I can't get further of allowing 'Call home' with the free edition. Is there any special port being used to contact the licensing server?
I am running Kemp free version on an HyperV 2012 VM.
