Real Server Rules vs Selection Rules?

In a virtual service, what is the difference between 'http selection rules' in the advanced section, and the 'rules' buttons in the real servers section? They seem to do the same thing. Am I missing something?

The rules button lets you assign rules to real servers, so if rule 1 is true, select server 1 etc.

Oh - I guess that should have been obvious... The http selection rules let you assign a request to a virtual service. The rules buttons let you assign the request to a real server.

So, this means (for example) I could have two virtual services on port 443, and assign requests to either one based on a content rule. Is that correct?
