Double Login after PreAuth

I've set up a HTTPS Service using the template with ESP. There I've tried to configure OWA with a client side SSO domain (LDAP with StartTLS against ADS) in order to get a PreAuth.

If I try to login, I get the KEMP-Login page for PreAuth, which works correctly but then I don't come directly into my OWA mailbox. Instead of this the original OWA login page is shown. If I login there with my credentials, everything works fine.

How can I manage a transparent login to OWA with only one logon page (and PreAuth of course)? What did I wrong?

I have the exact same problem.

Everything works fine, but users have to login twice so to speak.

I use Exchange 2013 CU14 (single server with both MB and CAS roles) with a Free LM v7.2 (version that is current in December 2016).

I just found the solution. The problem lies in OWA. In the Exchange 2013 ECP, change the OWA auth-method from "forms based" to "basic authentication" and run "iisreset /noforce" to activate the changes.
