1   Introduction

Epicor for Service Enterprise (E4SE) is an industry defining ERP  Services solution that has been specifically designed to address the needs of mid to large sized service organisations. It connects every aspect within an organization with a single application rather than various distinct processes.

By incorporating a Kemp Load balancing solution you will facilitate your Epicor E4SE system in horizontal scaling, enable High Availability, perform health checks at the application layer which will ensure persistent and efficient work flows to your Epicor cluster.
