Exchange Coexistence

Does anyone know if there are any known issues or concerns with using Kemp loadmaster to load balance traffic for Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2013 while in a coexistent state? Exchange 2010 is currently load balanced via ACE. We will be transitioning to Exchange 2013 within the next few months. We have a requirement to move off the ACE load balancer for Exchange 2010. We will be in a coexistent state for some time. Would this be a supported configuration? Thank you.

Hello, thanks for your question. You can most certainly configure both for use alongside, however you should take into consideration that the preferred connection method for Exchange 2010 is MAPI, while Exchange 2013 prefers HTTPS-based connections. So it would be good if you changed the default connection method to "Outlook Anywhere" beforehand.
