Browser Session Timeout [OWA]


Hi there, we have a Session Timeout with OWA Connections, but just with Browser Firefox & Chrome. With IE it works fine.
If the Users over OWA have no activity, after a time when they want to send a Mail comes the folowing Message: The message can't be sent because your device isn't connected to the Internet. Try again when you regain connectivity.
This only with Browser like Firefox or Chrome, with IE the Session is always active.

Somebody knows if this is a KEMP or a MS Exchange Issue?

All three browsers are basically supported by OWA, so it must be related to specific settings made in them. In addition check whether "keep-alive" is enabled for the HTTPS service on the real server.
