Failure to license

When attempting to license my KLM, I just get an error stating invalid username/password, yet I can successfully log in to the website with the same combination (which is how I'm posting this question!)

I'm running it under Hyper-V 2012 R2, KLM firmware version 7.1-26-15.

Hi Andy,
Is it the same KEMPID you are using for Licencing?
Have you tried Offline Licensing?

In order to investigate we would need to know your serial number and full KEMPID details so I would suggest you raise a ticket through the Customer Support Portal and we can investigate

It should be the same ID, yes I tried using Offline licensing, I got the same error. Do I need to do anything to enable it for licencing?

I'll get a ticket raised as well.

Hi Derek,

The response I received was that I would need to use a different email address to register. When I pointed out that this was a wholly unacceptable response, funnily enough within 24 hours, I was able to successfully register my LoadBalancer with that email address. So it is now working, although there is no clue as to what the issue was.
