Exchange 2013 RPC connections "flooding"

Having an issue where Exchange 2013 clients intermittently lose their connection - RPC requests are extremely high and appear to "flood" the Kemp.  The problem typically resolves itself in a matter of minutes (sometimes an hour or more), but end users are unable to access their mailboxes via Outlook during that time.  No issues with other client access services routing through Kemp, i.e. OWA, ActiveSync.

Hello Carol,

Have you created the VIP using our templates? These are located here: http://kemptechnologies.com/loadMaster-documentation/

Can you look in the logs and see if "limit" appears in the logs as your peak connection rate may be higher than the kemp you are using supports.

if you are continuing to have issues I would open a support ticket to resolve this matter.
