Kemp VLM AWS question

0

I would like to run a Kemp VLM in Amazon AWS to point to physical addresses outside of AWS.  Has anyone had any luck with this?

The scenario is this:

I have 2 locations with a number of different services and IP addresses.  My thought was to get some elastic IPs from Amazon AWS use them within the Kemp and then point the real server ip address to either of my physical locations whether primary or DR.

Thank you

Hello Alex,

from your description I think a GEO pack is what you need. You can then set up DNS requests to point to a primary location until it becomes unavailable and then it will point DNS to the DR location.

Let me know if this helps
