Exchange 2013 CU10, Kemp and Outlook 2016 - Offline Addressbook Issue

Hi

 

we have this configuration

2x DC 2012

1x Exchange 2013 CU10

1x Kemp (virtual) with ESP

 

When Connection Outlook via Kemp (and autodiscover) everything works fine. Mails, Calendars, everything.

Except one Thing: if I use Outlook 2016 I can´t download the offline address book. The window appears but nothing happens

If I use Outlook 2013 everything works fine

Are the new (?) virtual Services when using Outlook 2016 and Exchange?

different ports?

 

any idea?

Hello,

we have found that the CU updates tend to reset the firewall rules on the exchange servers and the OAB or RPC rules need to be re-enabled on the exchange servers firewall to continue normal operation.
