taken out of service due to failed real servers on load balancer

If I reboot the tomcat servers, then everything works fine, for a while, then starts to fail.

Hello,

You could provide a copy of your backup and log files and we could take a look at them to determine why your tomcat servers are failing.

For Backups

  1. Go to System Configuration > System Administration > Backup/Restore.
  2. Click Create Backup File.

For logs

  1. In the main menu, go to System Configuration> Logging Options >System Log Files.
  2. Click Save All. This will provide a full copy of log files.

Best Regards,

Hi,

The server is likely failing checks over port 443 only. You can upload you backup and logs for review if you would like at this link

its an intermittent issue, after we restart tomcat services on windows server, SAP BO Portal LB will work for one day and next day below portal wont respond.

https://bi43launch.companyname-solutions.net/BOE/CMC - LB

https://tomcatserverhostname.companyname-solutions.net/BOE/CMC  - first tomcat

https://tomcatserverhostname.companyname-solutions.net/BOE/CMC  second tomcat

when we got issue, always beow portal will work, but above protal with 443 wont work
