Empty response when user is locked out

Hi 

 

Can anyone help. We use ESP for Kerberos log into SharePoint 2013, this is working great until a user has been locked out of their account. The response back is err_empty_response which looks like the service is broken to the end user.

Is there anything I can do to stop this or a rule that can be set to find an empty response and offer a redirect to a support page or even a redirect to back to the login page?

Please ignore this, I found that it was a session cookie problem. The function works as expected and the user is told that they are not able to log in.
