Forward by subdomain

Is it possible to have LoadMaster look at the subdomain and point to a different internal IP? I'm trying to figure this out but I'm not sure how to do it. What I want to do is forward emby.example.com to 192.168.1.2 and www.example.com to 192.168.1.3 both using port 443.

Hello

it sounds like you are trying to content match based on the host,

the logic would be the following

using the same IP address and virtual service
if the request is for https://www.test.domain.com send it to real server 1
if the request is for https://new.domain.com send it to real server 2

you can find an example of this here
https://support.kemptechnologies.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004181826-Content-Rule-Examples#Match%20on%20Host

full document on content switching can be found here

Thank you for the links, but I'm not seeing the same options as those directions. I've set my content rule, but when I go to the subVS I don't see "Content Switching" as an option.

if you change the "SubVS type" from Generic to HTTP-HTTP/2-HTTPS
depending on your firmware version it might just be HTTP/HTTPS

after that you should see the new options

Thanks that worked. It's strange it doesn't always connect to the correct site on the first try, but retyping the URL into the browser fixes it. If i keep typing the url it says on the correct site.
