KEMP loses connectivity during exchange backups


When I run my exchange backups using Netbackup the KEMP load balancer reports loss of connectivity with the mailbox hosts


There a little resource usage on the mailbox hosts so happy its not cpu, memory or network overload on the mailbox hosts

The LoadMaster is reporting loss off connectivity because it can't retrieve the "healthcheck.htm" page which is dynamically produced by the Exchange Server

There are a number of reasons why this may occur, it maybe that the LoadMaster "Get process" times out in 9 seconds, or that the server is replying with something other than a "HTTP 200 OK" on that page

it may be an issue with the underlying disk subsystem,
it would worth investigating if the disk is freezing during the VSS Snapshot
