VS not responding - Possible phone home issue

Having problems with my LB, the web interface is responding as expected, but the VS does not respond to any requests.

I suspect the load balancer is unable to phone home correctly. Where how can I confirm this?

FYI The firewall is configured for alsi.kemptechnologies.com and alsi2.kemptechnologies.com

Found the issue, I was missing a route.. All working now thanks
