I am trying to add the intermediate certificate for Lets Encrypt to a Kemp Load balancer and I am getting the error "Invalid Filename specification".

Hi Joshua,

The name can only contain alpha characters with a maximum of 32 characters.  Are you using spaces, numbers or special characters?  If so, please remove those and try again.

Nick,

File names are LEroot.cer and LEinterm.cer both encoded is Base64.

Hi Joshua,

I am referring to the 'Certificate Name' field inside of the LoadMaster, not the name of the cert you have downloaded on your computer.  When you name it on the LoadMaster, try using alpha characters only.  This is merely a friendly name for you, it has no impact on the certificate chaining.

Ah, I was putting in .cer in there, OKay that fixed the issue.

Thanks
