Hi all, i have recently installed the kemp load master virtual machine into a DMZ environment. I have tried to create a VIP to for a real server residing on the inside network. This is a simple setup just to prove the functionality through the firewall. I can see in the fwall logs the connection is permitted from the LB to the real server on port 443 but when i browse to the VIP from the 'outside' i don't get a response.
To strip it right back from t-shooting i connected a host into the same subnet as the LB in the DMZ and attempted to reach the VIP, whilst i'm able to ping when i browse to the VIP i don't get a response.
I haven't installed certificates as this is a simple test at this stage, i'm just wondering what i'm missing here ?
